spo-comm is now certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. But what does that actually mean?

DIN EN ISO 9000 ff. is an internationally applied and approved quality management standard, which ensures that certain standards are maintained within a company.

Our operational processes are regularly reviewed, optimized and kept transparent for all. Risks can be easily identified, reduced and even estimated. Therefore suppliers have to prove themselves and the production of goods in monitored in order to ensure a continuous quality assurance of our products and services.

With the DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 certification, the latest revision of the ISO standard, we guarantee that we work according to the latest quality standards and regularly control ourselves through internal audits.
