What’s new? NANO H310 is EOL & Windows 11 now available

In October, Microsoft doesn’t skip out on news round about the topic of Windows 11. Since October 5th the update is available. We summarized what news, bugs and tips there are. There’s also news about our product range: Our allrounder PC NANO H310 is EOL.

Windows 11 – Problems with AMD and printers

Two weeks have passed since Windows 11 was released and there are already some bugs. On one hand, AMD confirmed that there are performance losses of 3 to 5% for Ryzen processors that use Windows 11. The issues affect the Level 3 cache of Zen 1 to Zen 3, as well as  the thread allocation. Like that, the frame rate in games can decrease by up to 15%. More information around the bugs of AMD and Windows 11 can be found in this article on heise.de.

Microsoft and AMD are already working together to fix the problem in October still. AMD suggests users to wait until they get the update.

Not only AMD, but also other printer manufacturers, such as Brother, HP, Espon, Canon and OKI, reported issues. These occur if a printer is connected via USB with a Windows 11 system. More details can be read in this article.

The allrounder PC NANO H310 is EOL

Our digital signage PC with a free choosable desktop CPU – or short the NANO H310 – is EOL and from now on, no longer available.

For all those who need an alternative model, we suggest our CORE 2. This really compact Mini-PC (H 35 x W 148 x D 165 mm) can also be individually equipped with an Intel CPU from the 9th generation. Thanks to the integrated Intel UHD 630 graphics unit, an HDMI 1.4 and one DisplayPort, content in a resolution of 4K can be played on two displays at once. Another advantage: The system can be used with Windows 11.
