Omission of the home office obligation
Almost exactly two years ago, also we at spo-comm started to work from home, if possible, to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Now, the legal regulation for the access into company buildings (vaccinated, recovered or negative tested) as well as the obligation to work from home are omitted.
How do we at spo-comm deal with that now? Of course, all of us are missing being together at our headquarters in Nuremberg, but we still want to be careful in that current situation. Now as before this applies: Compulsory FFP2 masks unless on your own work desk in compliance with the minimum clearance; access only if vaccinated, recovered or tested and rotating “shift work” to ensure a minimal amount of people in one office. Besides that, the possibility to work from home is still given.
Available now: Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021
The release of Microsoft’s Windows 11 in October 2021 also brought the version IoT Enterprise with it. This is, depending on the CPU – as already known from Windows 10 IoT – available in the versions Entry, Value and High End. In our product range the CORE 2 and BOX J4125, which are known for their small dimensions, as well as the industrial PCs MOUNT Silver and NINETEEN Q370 are compatible with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise.
