Please keep the following information at hand

  • Customer number
  • Invoice number
  • Serial number of the spo-comm product

Please check the following notes:

  • How often does the problem occur?
  • Does the error come up at certain daytimes?
  • When did the error occur for the very first time?
  • Have been made changes to the systems in recent times?
  • Is there an error message as soon as the error occurs? If yes, what does it say?
  • Are several computers involved in this problem and does the error occur on another computer as well?
  • Are other electronical devices connected with the computer when the error occurs?
  • Is the computer properly cabled? (power-, network and data-link-cable)


In order to accomplish a successful diagnose of the problem you need to have access to the defective device. Our goal is to find the fastest possible solutions for each customer inquiry. You will be therefore asked for help regarding the diagnosis and localization of the error.  The process of diagnose allows us to identify the broken part of the system and, if needed, to provide spare parts.
