Since modern displays and visible Mini-PC would destroy the harmonious image of the guest rooms, for Mr. Sperger, the host of the Hofbräuhaus, it was particularly important that components used were as little as possible visible.
Product / Solution
spo-comm Mini-PCs, used as POS systems, can be placed behind counters and service cabinets. The FLEX (predecessor of the so called MINI series and meanwhile, in 2015, part of the TURO-series), characterized by its rugged construction was the perfect solution for this project. Its low power consumption associated with comprehensible heat generation allowed the installation in a small space.
Conclusion
The high number of visitors keeps HB team busy every day and ensures a brisk business in the guest rooms. After five years of continuous operation, the spo-comm systems are particularly characterized by high reliability and dependability.There was only one system failure in this period. This issue has been resolved within the shortest delay, due to booked services.
