While enjoying the virtual bonfire, we listened to Michael Sporrer, our CEO, who reviewed the year 2019 with a little speech and rewarded all employees with a gift. Then the dinner was served. Just like in the last few years, we had some delicacies from perls: From celery cream soup with cinnamon croutons and beef salad as the first course, over to duck, salmon and chestnuts as the main course up to cookie spiced tiramisu and gingerbread mousse as the highlight. There was something for every meat lover and veggie freak! :)
